Getting Ripped...

Man am I sore! It's not from my normal lifting routine either like today when I rode the trainer for 10 minutes and then lifted. No, the pain is in my chest and shoulders from my first ski race of the season on Saturday and my neck from a two hour ride on the roads yesterday. Riding for an hour on the trainer when you can sit up and relax while pedaling doesn't prepare you for riding on the road... Talk about a tension headache! Aspirin and Advil... Keep it coming...
